The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

We regret if our delivery gives rise to a complaint and will do our best to resolve any inconvenience as quickly as possible. At the end of this text, you will find a link to download the return form.

First of all, we would like to make it expressly clear that this return form, together with the notes provided, is only a non binding suggestion from us for the best possible handling of your return. The use of the form and compliance with the notes are voluntary and are not a requirement for the valid exercise of your statutory rights.

You are therefore under no obligation to use this return form or to follow the notes below in order to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal or any other rights granted to you by law. Neither the use nor the non use of this form, nor the notes contained in it, affects the existence or the content of the statutory right of withdrawal or any other rights granted to you by law.

Please note that, under the law, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that was not necessary to become familiar with their nature, characteristics, and functioning, for example, if you continue to use a perfume after the first test. Please also note that you are not entitled to withdraw from a purchase contract if goods were made or customized according to your requirements, for example, packaging with customized engravings, or if you have removed goods from their packaging that cannot be repackaged for hygiene reasons, for example, opened cosmetic products and other goods that come into direct contact with the skin. In addition, the seller points out that it is not possible to withdraw from the contract for gift wrapping or eco packaging services once the goods have been wrapped and the service has therefore already been provided. The seller provides the gift wrapping or eco packaging service immediately after the order is placed if the customer selected this service during checkout.

However, we kindly ask you to use this form for your return and to follow the instructions provided. This helps us process your return more quickly by standardizing the return procedure and avoiding common misunderstandings.
